Caps are a staple for field teams, outdoor events, sports days and brand activations. We offer six-panel cotton twill baseball caps, mesh-back trucker caps, sports dry-fit caps and sun visors, all with adjustable straps so one size fits most. Embroidery is the most popular finish: it is raised, durable and looks premium on structured caps. For detailed or gradient logos we use DTF transfers. The front panel takes a logo up to about 4 × 2.25 inches, with optional side or back-strap branding. Minimum order is 5 pieces, and tier pricing applies from 10, 50 and 200 pieces. Send your logo as a PNG, JPG or vector PDF; we digitise it for embroidery and share a mockup before production.
